Campus Ambassador – Sports & Sports Betting

HedgeQuarters Consulting LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing college students to join our team as Campus Ambassadors.

We are a growing sports betting consulting company that helps clients navigate and maximize opportunities in the legal sports betting market. We’re looking for students who are genuinely interested in sports, sports betting, analytics, numbers, business, or entrepreneurship and who have a strong network on campus.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in sales, business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship while having the potential to earn meaningful commission.

What You’ll Do

As a Campus Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to introduce HedgeQuarters to people within your network and help us identify potential clients.

You’ll have the flexibility to approach people in whatever way makes the most sense for you, including:

Talking to classmates, friends, teammates, and roommates

Connecting with members of Greek life and student organizations

Speaking with professors, alumni, or other members of your campus community

Sharing HedgeQuarters with people you know who are interested in sports betting

Identifying individuals who may be interested in our consulting services

Helping introduce qualified prospects to our team

Building your own network and developing real sales/business-development skills

You are not expected to be a traditional salesperson. We’re looking for people who are naturally good at talking to others, have a strong network, and can recognize when someone might be a good fit for what we do.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

A college student with a strong network on campus

Passionate about sports, sports betting, numbers, business, finance, analytics, or entrepreneurship

Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people

Well-connected within their school, Greek life, athletic teams, clubs, or other organizations

Self-motivated and willing to take initiative without being micromanaged

Competitive and motivated by performance-based compensation

Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent a growing company

Interested in building a relationship with a company rather than simply working a short-term campus job

You do NOT need prior sales experience. If you’re someone who knows a lot of people, communicates well, and is willing to put yourself out there, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity, with commission paid for clients who come through your referrals.

There is no traditional hourly requirement—you can work around your class schedule and campus activities.

Strong performers have the opportunity to earn significant commission based on the clients they generate.

Additionally, we are open to offering paid or unpaid internship opportunities to exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong performance and want to become more involved with HedgeQuarters.

Top Campus Ambassadors may have the opportunity to continue working with us beyond the semester and take on additional responsibilities within the company.
