External Operations Summer Associate

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. This role focuses heavily on inventory management and maintaining efficient organizational systems to ensure smooth and accurate warehouse operations.We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to provide support for the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This role places a strong emphasis on inventory management and the maintenance of efficient organizational systems to ensure seamless and precise warehouse functionality.

Ideal candidates must excel at completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and should demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Individuals will look to be proactive in their daily tasks as well as use the opportunity to learn new techniques in the industry. This is a position best suited for those who define themselves as a self-motivated, critical thinker with the ability to accomplish numerous tasks and problem solving with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the sports world is a benefit, but not a requirement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Packing & Unpacking/Organizing Equipment
• Ensure storage of equipment is meeting operational needs
• Test inventory to determine compatibilities
• Work to improve and optimize packing/unpacking procedures
• Execute on Pre-Event and Post-Event expectations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
   
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• As required, this position is responsible for the supervision of video equipment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

The required warehouse hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All candidates are required to commit to working a minimum of four days per business week, Monday through Friday. Furthermore, all candidates must maintain availability for the majority of weekends between October 5, 2026, and December 31, 2026. Employment remains conditional upon the satisfactory completion of a background check.

Travel:

The role involves travel, primarily during event seasons, which will include destinations outside the local area. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be comfortable with long-distance travel.
