About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Researcher to join our research team on a full-time basis. This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and developing new AI systems.
You will work on research problems spanning large language models, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and AI agents, with opportunities to take ideas from research and experimentation into practical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and large language models.
* Develop and evaluate novel AI models, algorithms, and architectures.
* Design and run experiments to investigate model performance, robustness, and generalization.
* Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
* Work with large-scale datasets for data processing, training, and evaluation.
* Research techniques including LLM fine-tuning, RAG, reinforcement learning, multimodal learning, and AI agents.
* Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems.
* Analyze experimental results and identify opportunities for improving model performance.
* Read and reproduce relevant research papers and translate promising research ideas into working prototypes.
* Collaborate with software engineers and other researchers to implement and deploy research prototypes.
* Document research methodologies, experiments, results, and conclusions.
* Stay current with developments in AI research and emerging foundation-model technologies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Recent graduate or graduating student with 0–2 years of professional experience.
* Strong programming skills in Python.
* Strong foundation in:
* Machine learning
* Deep learning
* Probability and statistics
* Linear algebra
* Optimization
* Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to independently investigate open-ended research problems.
* Strong interest in reading and implementing academic research.
Preferred Qualifications
* Research or internship experience in AI/ML, LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, or AI agents.
* Experience with Transformer architectures and large language models.
* Experience with LLM fine-tuning, instruction tuning, or preference optimization.
* Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AI systems.
* Experience with distributed model training or GPU computing.
* Familiarity with Hugging Face, vLLM, DeepSpeed, Ray, or similar frameworks.
* Publications, research projects, open-source contributions, or significant independent AI projects are a plus.
* Experience reproducing or extending results from academic papers is highly valued.
