You don't need to be a professional dancer or experienced classroom teacher. If you enjoy dance, music, movement, and working with children, you may be a great fit.

Curriculum guidance and instructional materials are provided, so you’ll have the support you need while still having room to bring your own energy, personality, and creativity to each class.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Encourage teamwork, participation, and positive peer interaction
  • Provide positive feedback and celebrate student progress
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment
  • Communicate professionally with program coordinators and school staff
  • Arrive prepared, dependable, energetic, and ready to move
