We're looking for an energetic student photographer and videographer to capture dynamic visual content at our upcoming medical training conference, September 23–26. You'll document key moments across the event — interactive lectures, hands-on clinical simulation labs, networking exchanges, and the evening banquet.

The role

This is a short-term engagement tied to a single conference. You'll work at minimum 4 hours per day; full-day attendance isn't required. On Saturday, you'll cover the morning session only.

What you'll do

- Capture high-resolution photo coverage of lectures, hands-on workshops, networking sessions, and the evening banquet. - Record short, high-quality video clips (b-roll) of interactive learning and attendee discussions. - Deliver crisp, well-composed candid shots alongside key group and speaker photos. - Operate professionally and discreetly around healthcare trainees and instructors.

About you

- Currently enrolled as a student (photography, film, communications, or related field preferred). - Comfortable handling your own camera equipment in varied indoor lighting conditions. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal direction. - Portfolio or sample work required for consideration.

Nice to have

- Experience shooting events or conferences. - Basic post-processing skills (Lightroom, Premiere, or similar). - Familiarity with medical or academic environments.
