Shiple Desk Attendant Residence Life

Position Type: 

  • Federal Work Study Only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibilities of the Shiple Desk Attendants are to help maintain the safety and security of the residence halls by monitoring the entrance and exit of residents and their guests.
  • This includes signing out game room equipment to residential students, answering questions or concerns, and reporting any problem or concerns to supervisors and public safety and resident advisors when and if necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2.5 GPA
  • In good academic and university standing.

Anticipated Schedule:

  • 10-15 hours/week when the desk is open (nights and weekends included.
