đź“Ť Role Details

Location: 100% Onsite in Norwood, MA 

Target Start Date: September 14, 2026

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance & attendance)

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.00/hr (W2, paid weekly based on experience)

Schedule: Primary Shift is 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

 

💡 What You’ll Do

Core Operations: Execute hands-on manufacturing by following batch records and standard procedures in a cleanroom environment.

Cleanroom Execution: Perform aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing with strict quality controls.

Quality & Digital Systems: Complete real-time documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and utilize advanced digital tools like SAP, DeltaV, Syncade, Veeva, and LIMS.

Safety & Maintenance: Keep production areas pristine, compliant with environmental safety, and ready for continuous operations.

Collaborate & Scale: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues early and build deep technical expertise.

 

🎯 Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 0–1 years of experience OR

Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of experience OR

High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience in regulated or technical environments.

 

Key Skills:

Prior background in biopharma, cleanrooms, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing is a strong plus.

High attention to detail, strong team mindset, and comfort wearing required cleanroom gowning.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to quality that directly impacts patient care.
