Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary goal of this position is to aid and support the University Advancement department.
- The position will require the student to learn general alumni and gift records information to assist with daily processes.
- Duties include making copies, preparing mail, filing, basic data entry and using internet tools to verify contact and employment information.
- Confidentiality is necessary due to the sensitive nature of data handled.
- The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills, an attention detail, display a positive attitude and be able to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Good communication skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to file documents and enter data accurately.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Mon-Friday
