Part-Time Project Coordinator (CPG / Food Industry) – REMOTE

About the Role

We are a fast-moving CPG/food science consulting team looking for a sharp, proactive coordinator. You’ll be a core unblocker who thinks critically, communicates confidently with clients and vendors, and keeps projects moving across the finish line.

What You’ll Do

Outreach & Vetting: Call lists of co-packers and manufacturers to pitch project parameters and evaluate capability/fit.

Client & Team Communication: Listen to voice-memo brainstorms, distill key decisions, and draft clear, professional updates for clients, vendors, and contractors.

Video-Working Sessions: Meet 1–2 times a week for in-person alignment sessions to organize priorities and clear decision bottlenecks.
