Run the room. Up to 30 middle schoolers every school day, from dismissal to 6:00. Homework support first,
then the good stuff.
Design the good stuff. Gardening, coding, 3D printing, photography, cooking, sports conditioning. If you
have a genuine obsession, there is a good chance it becomes a course.
Be the adult who notices. The kid who is off today. The kid who never gets picked. The kid who finally got it.
Honestly, this is most of the job.
Keep it tight with the school. Attendance, pickup, clean handoffs, a clear email when something needs
saying. The small things that make the big things possible.
Put student work in front of families. A few times a year we celebrate what students made with the
people who love them most. You help make those nights happen.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30 – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:30 – 6:00 PM
Roughly 14 to 15 hours per week.
PAY $19 to $27 per hour, based on experience.
CALENDAR Follows the school year. When school is closed, you are off. No weekends.
START August 24, 2026.
