Whole Child Occupational Therapy is looking for a passionate and dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team!
This role includes providing occupational therapy services to children in their homes, at local schools, and at our Windsor clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement individualized occupational therapy plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements
- Support the Occupational Therapist in developing and modifying treatment plans based on each child’s progress
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, speech therapists, psychologists, case managers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate families and school staff on strategies that support children’s independence and well-being
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Current California COTA license
- Experience working with children ages 0–3 and/or in a school-based setting preferred; training is available if needed
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, methods, and treatments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, child-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy best practices, laws, and regulations

PAY
$34–$44 per hour (Part-time)
