Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is the primary operational owner of volunteer management at Winter Park Day Nursery and provides key logistical support for fundraising events and campaigns under the direction of the Director of Development & Communications. This seat is responsible for recruiting, coordinating, stewarding, and recognizing the full range of WPDN volunteers — from corporate volunteer groups and major donor volunteers to event-day participants — and for supporting the event logistics that advance WPDN’s fundraising and community engagement goals. This role is a front-facing ambassador for WPDN’s mission in the community.
