After-School Enrichment Instructor

Camp Brick is hiring energetic, dependable After-School Enrichment Instructors for elementary school programs in the Cherry Creek and Lakewood areas beginning in early September 2026.

Camp Brick provides hands-on LEGO® building, robotics and STEM enrichment programs for elementary-age students. You do not need to be a LEGO® or robotics expert. We provide the curriculum, equipment, activities and program materials you need to lead a successful class.

POSITION DETAILS

  • 2–3 afternoons per week
  • Approximately 2:30 PM–4:30 PM
  • Programs held at Cherry Creek and Lakewood-area elementary schools
  • Programs begin early September 2026
  • Excellent compensation
  • All curriculum, LEGO® equipment and teaching materials provided
  • Small-group, hands-on enrichment environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead fun, organized after-school enrichment activities for elementary-age students
  • Guide students through LEGO® building, robotics and STEM challenges
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork and problem-solving
  • Manage classroom routines and student behavior
  • Set up and organize program materials before class
  • Clean and properly store equipment after each session
  • Follow school dismissal and student pickup procedures
  • Create a positive, welcoming environment where kids are excited to participate

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

  • Energetic, outgoing and comfortable leading a group of children
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Organized and able to follow a prepared curriculum
  • Positive and encouraging with students
  • Comfortable communicating with parents and school staff when necessary
  • Available consistently during weekday afternoon hours
  • Able to pass a background check

Previous experience working with children is strongly preferred. Teachers, paraprofessionals, education majors, college students, retired educators, camp counselors and others with youth-program experience are encouraged to apply.

No advanced LEGO®, robotics or STEM experience is required.
