BMG Administrative Assistant Intern - Fall 2026

OneHope is a global ministry that seeks to catalyze a movement to help every child in every generation encounter Jesus through engagement with God's Word. By working with local churches, international ministry partners, schools, and governments, we have been able to reach over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message since we began in 1987.   

Our internship program, Cultivate, is located in our international headquarters in South Florida. This program was born out of OneHope’s 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. We are a large, innovative nonprofit that seeks to match your God-given gifts with a God-driven mission. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates to work in a faith-based, international organization through mentorship by experienced practitioners and by providing significant opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented BMG Administrative Assistant Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the Bible Media Group team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and helping a team operate efficiently behind the scenes. As part of this position, you will assist with paperwork, invoicing, document organization, data entry, and other day-to-day administrative needs. You will gain practical experience in office administration and operations while supporting the work of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and office support to the BMG team
  • Assist with preparing, organizing, processing, and maintaining paperwork and documentation
  • Support invoicing processes, including organizing invoices, tracking documentation, and assisting with follow-up as needed
  • Perform data entry and help maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal files
  • Organize digital and physical documents to ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other team coordination needs
  • Help track deadlines, requests, and outstanding administrative items
  • Communicate with team members and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
  • Support the preparation of reports, documents, and other internal materials
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as needed
