Village Dental in Orrville is looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, family-owned practice.

We're not looking for someone to come in and sit around waiting for their schedule to fill. We already have patients waiting. Our hygiene schedule is currently booked well into the future, and we are actively looking for another hygienist to help us keep up with the demand for care in our community.

If you're an experienced hygienist looking for a busy office, or a recent graduate looking for a place to build your career, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Ohio (or is completing the licensing process)

Takes pride in providing excellent patient care

Is friendly, personable, and comfortable building relationships with patients

Can work independently while being part of a team

Is dependable and willing to work in a busy, high-throughput environment

Wants to keep patients healthy rather than simply "cleaning teeth"

Is comfortable educating patients and communicating treatment needs to the doctor

Is willing to jump in and help the team when needed

New graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply. You don't need years of experience to be successful here. We care about finding the right person who is motivated, dependable, willing to learn, and genuinely enjoys taking care of patients.

Schedule — We're Flexible

Full-Time

Our ideal full-time schedule is:

Monday–Thursday | Approximately 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

We are willing to discuss scheduling with the right candidate. If you have specific scheduling needs, let us know.

Part-Time

We are also very interested in hygienists who want to work 1–3 days per week.

Already working at another dental office? That's completely okay.

If you have a few days available each week, we'd love to work with you. You can provide us with your availability in advance and we'll build your schedule around it.

We're looking for consistency and reliability—not necessarily someone who has to be available five days a week.

We are a high-throughput office.

That means we stay busy.

If you prefer an extremely slow-paced schedule with lots of downtime between patients, we probably aren't the right practice for you.

If you enjoy having a full schedule, staying productive, working with patients, and ending the day knowing you accomplished a lot—you'll probably love it here.
