We have an immediate need for an energetic, conscientious, detail-oriented, organized, motivated, articulate, personable young attorney with excellent writing and communication skills to join our boutique, AV-rated, 20 year old, Loop defense tort litigation firm which recently expanded to Nashville, Tennessee.

You will have day to day, responsibility with supervision and mentoring. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery on state and federal cases
  • Scheduling and confirming depositions
  • Working with retained experts
  • Preparing all types of subpeonas, discovery and discovery responses
  • Assisting attorneys preparing for jury trials, mandatory arbitrations and mediations
  • Regular, frequent written and verbal communication with our clients
  • Assisting on monthly billing and accounts receivable and payable

Qualified, self-starter candidates who enjoy working independently with at least 1 yr experience please apply. Experience with Smokeball is a plus. Common sense is a bigger plus. Salary is commensurate with your level of experience.
