Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Position: Approximately 34-40 hours per week

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Weekend availability is required.

About the Position

F & T Respiratory Care is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional bilingual receptionist who can bring a welcoming spark to our front office.

Medical experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Our ideal candidate has a background in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another role involving frequent interaction with customers. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, communicates confidently, learns quickly, and can make every patient feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients and visitors

Answer incoming calls and manage messages

Respond to emails professionally

Schedule appointments and assist with general office coordination

Collect and process patient payments

Assist with order fulfillment and customer inquiries

Scan, upload, print, and organize documents

Learn about our respiratory and medical equipment products

Help customers understand available products and purchasing options

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Support the office team with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish—bilingual communication is required

Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or receptionist experience

Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Comfortable answering phones and speaking with patients

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to print, scan, upload, email, and organize electronic documents

Fast learner who can work efficiently and multitask

Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail

Willing to study and learn about our industry, equipment, and products

Must be available to work the full schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays

We are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive medical experience. We are looking for someone with the right personality, strong communication skills, excellent customer service instincts, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Important Interview Information: Interviews will only be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants must be available for a weekend interview.
