Intelligence Operations Specialist

As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, you will:
 

  • -Analyze and synthesize intelligence from multiple classified and open-source datasets to identify Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) activities, produce intelligence assessments, generate operational or investigative leads, and support informed operational and strategic decision-making.
  • -Conduct intelligence research and threat analysis to evaluate risks to HHS, national security, and public health; prepare risk assessments and develop mitigation recommendations that support biosecurity and public health security operations.
  • -Perform supply chain risk management and counterintelligence assessments using all-source intelligence to identify vulnerabilities, detect indicators of foreign targeting, assess intelligence gaps, and recommend measures to strengthen the Department's counterintelligence and supply chain risk management posture.
  • -Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings, written analytic products, and liaison support to Department leadership, stakeholders, and Intelligence Community partners to communicate strategic and tactical intelligence affecting HHS operations and mission objectives.
