Have you heard of the competition called American Ninja Warrior?
If so, you already have an idea of what we’re all about.

At USA Ninja Challenge San Jose, we help kids build confidence, overcome challenges, and grow in character through fun and dynamic obstacle training inspired by Ninja Warrior.

We are looking for high-energy, positive, and dependable individuals (18+) to join our coaching team.

This is not just a job. It is an opportunity to make a real impact in kids’ lives.

Important Requirement:
This role requires consistent Saturday availability. Applicants without Saturday availability will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coaching kids (ages 4–12) through obstacle courses
  • Encouraging, motivating, and helping kids improve
  • Creating a fun, safe, and structured environment
  • Being a positive role model that kids look up to
  • Assisting with camps, birthday parties, and special events

Coaches are expected to actively participate in classes and demonstrate obstacles and movement skills for students. Applicants should be physically capable of running, jumping, climbing, balancing, hanging, swinging, crawling, and safely demonstrating age appropriate obstacle course techniques.

Schedule & Hours

  • Saturdays: 8:45 AM–12:30 PM (required)
  • Weekdays: Shifts typically run between 2:15–7:30 PM
  • Birthday parties: Saturdays 12:45–5:15 PM, as needed
  • Camps & special events: Additional shifts available as scheduled
  • Recurring weekday shifts are added based on performance, reliability, availability, and staffing needs

  • Background in sports, fitness, or athletics
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Someone who wants to grow and make an impact
