Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery project management of various IT projects, including modular construction, network deployment, decommissioning activities, and miscellaneous cabling projects. Collaborate with IDC Delivery, IDC Operations, suppliers (consumables, construction services, network integration, etc.), as well as Procurement, Supply Chain, Network Deployment, Network Operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, safely, and with high quality.

Responsible for conducting inspections and providing feedback on IDC site environments, project prerequisite conditions, project construction progress, and delivery status according to regional TPM requirements.

Based on project SOWs, planning solutions, standard network architectures, technical specifications, and other requirements, develop detailed structured cabling implementation plans and equipment rack deployment plans, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), service item lists, and other related documentation.

Job Requirements

I. Project Management

Familiar with project management principles and methodologies, capable of independently managing complex project portfolios and providing guidance to others.

Proficient in Alibaba modular construction project end-to-end workflows and skilled in the use of related tools and platforms, with the ability to address process bottlenecks and tool-related issues.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to proactively drive project objectives through cross-functional collaboration.

II. Structured Cabling Technology

Proficient in structured cabling workflows, quality requirements, and safety standards across various deployment scenarios, with the ability to provide solutions for complex implementation environments and new project types.

Familiar with key control points throughout all stages of structured cabling projects and capable of implementing targeted measures accordingly.

Familiar with commonly used structured cabling materials and consumables, with in-depth knowledge of their differences and applicable use cases.

Able to provide technical guidance to partners and colleagues and resolve complex technical issues.

Able to participate in the optimization and development of standards, SOPs, and related specifications, and provide external enablement and training.

III. Industry Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage engineering, delivery project management, or related fields.

IV. General Competencies

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Project management experience required; PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Proficient in both Chinese and English for business communication; local language capability is a plus.

岗位职责

负责模块建设、网络建设、裁撤和零星布线等各类IT项目的端到端技术交付项目管理。与IDC交付、IDC运维、各类供应商（耗材、施工服务、网络集成等），以及采购、供应链、网络建设、网络运营等干系团队协作，确保项目按期、安全、高质量交付。

负责根据区域TPM的要求，进行IDC现场环境、项目依赖前置条件、项目建设交付进度检查及反馈。

根据项目SOW和规划方案、标准网络架构、技术规范等，完成项目细化布线施工技术方案和设备上架方案的制作，并输出物料清单和服务条目清单等。

一、项目管理

熟悉项目管理专业知识，能够独立展开复杂项目群管理，并能够为他人工作提供指导。

精通阿里模建项目端到端工作流程，熟练应用各种模建相关工具平台，能够应对流程卡点、或工具问题。

具备较强的沟通协调和组织能力，能够主动通过跨团队沟通，推动项目目标达成。

二、综合布线技术

熟练掌握各种场景综合布线作业流程、质量要求和安全规范，应对复杂实施场景或者新的项目类型，能够提出解决方案。

熟悉各种场景综合布线各个环节的关键控制点，并针对性地采取措施。

熟悉常见的综合布线物料和耗材，并深入掌握各种物料之间的差异和应用场景。

能够为合作伙伴和身边的同事提供技术指导，能够处理较为复杂的技术问题。

能够参与相关规范、SOP的优化和制定，并对外提供赋能。

三、行业经验

综合布线、弱电工程、交付项目管理相关领域，5年以上工作经验。

四、综合素质

良好的沟通能力，具备多个项目并发的管理协调能力。

团队精神，互补互助。

具备项目管理经验，持有PMP等同类证书者优先。

熟练使用中文、英文进行工作。
