S.O.B (Strengthen Our Bodies) is looking for a Cinematography + Creative Content Intern to help us create short-form video content that makes wellness feel anything but boring.

We’re a functional wellness shot brand with a visual world that’s elevated, cheeky, nostalgic, and a little campy. Think the effortless cool of Le Alfré meets the lifestyle storytelling of Business & Pleasure Co. but through the lens of modern wellness.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who wants real, hands-on experience building a brand from the inside. This isn’t an internship where you’ll be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll work directly with the S.O.B Founders and Design Team to brainstorm concepts, develop campaigns, shoot content, and bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm creative concepts for social, digital ads, campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Shoot and edit short, effective, visually engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, paid media, and the S.O.B website
• Help develop our signature cinematography style through lighting, framing, movement, composition, and storytelling
• Assist with and learn product photography and videography
• Work directly with the Founders and creative team from idea to final concept
• Help scout locations, build shot lists, source props, and prepare for shoots
• Experiment with different formats, trends, editing styles, and creative concepts
• Learn how a growing consumer brand develops and executes full creative campaigns

Who We’re Looking For:

You don’t need a huge portfolio or years of professional experience. We care more about your eye, taste, creativity, and willingness to learn.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are currently studying film, cinematography, photography, advertising, communications, design, or a related creative field
• Have a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Love creating short-form video and understand what makes someone stop scrolling
• Have experience with a camera and/or creating high-quality content on an iPhone
• Have editing experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
• Follow fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands, not just traditional wellness brands
• Aren’t afraid of ideas that are slightly weird, funny, unexpected, or campy
• Want to learn how creative actually translates into marketing, campaigns, and brand growth

What You’ll Learn:

This internship is designed to be genuinely hands-on. You’ll get exposure to cinematography, creative direction, product photography, videography, social content, campaign development, and brand marketing while working directly alongside the people building S.O.B.

We want to give someone the opportunity to learn the ropes, experiment creatively, build their portfolio, and leave with work they’re actually excited to show.

Location: Miami, FL
Position: Part-Time Internship
Compensation: Paid internship or college credit, depending on the student’s needs and university requirements
Schedule: Flexible around class schedules
