GenAI Intern
The GenAI Specialist will partner with business teams to identify high-value use cases and personally lead the development of POCs and scalable solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem, ensuring rapid experimentation, validation, and enterprise deployment.
Key / Core / Essential Responsibilities
• Drive enterprise-wide GenAI adoption by partnering with business functions
• Identify, prioritize, and define high-value GenAI use cases
• Design, build, and deploy POCs and scalable GenAI solutions (copilots, agents, automation)
• Translate business needs into AI solutions with measurable outcomes
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and workflows
• Ensure end-to-end ownership from ideation → deployment → adoption → value realization • Contribute to reusable AI assets, platforms, and best practices
Key / Core / Essential Activities
• Engage with stakeholders to discover and refine use cases
• Rapidly prototype and develop GenAI POCs
• Build RAG pipelines, prompts, and agent-based workflows
• Deploy solutions using Azure and Microsoft AI tools
• Integrate with data sources (SharePoint, ERP, M365, etc.)
• Monitor performance, adoption, and continuously improve solutions
• Communicate insights and drive user adoption and trust

• Ambiguous business problems requiring structured AI use case definition
• Rapid POC development under time pressure while ensuring scalability
• Transitioning from POC → enterprise-scale deployment
