  • Strong foundation in ABA principles and individualized intervention
  • Strong communication, writing, organization, and time-management skills
  • A desire to coach others, grow as a clinician, and develop into a strong BCBA
  • Professionalism, dependability, flexibility, and openness to feedback

Grow From BI to BCBA

This role is designed to help you bridge the gap between providing direct intervention and becoming a clinical leader. With guidance and supervision from experienced BCBAs, you’ll build real-world experience in treatment planning, clinical decision-making, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, mentorship, and leadership while working toward BCBA certification.

Build your clinical skills. Grow as a leader. Make an impact.
