DCP’s Investment Banking Analyst Program
DCP is seeking qualified full-time investment banking analyst candidates to join our firm, starting Summer 2027. We offer a unique environment and the opportunity to work directly with clients on M&A transactions and corporate finance initiatives. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills and thrive in an unstructured environment by managing competing priorities for complex projects. Position Responsibilities:
- Detailed financial and quantitative analysis
- Corporate valuation and pro forma financial analysis
- M&A transaction and combination modeling
- Due diligence process coordination and facilitation
- Monitoring, data gathering, and interpretation of industry trends
- Preparation of new business marketing (pitch) materials
- Execution of client assignments including daily transaction execution, identifying buyers and targets, and facilitating due diligence
- Interacting with senior DCP professionals and client partners on a daily basis in support of the firm’s activities, including transaction execution and client management
Requirements
- Forthcoming (graduating between December 2026 and June 2027) BA or BS with a strong GPA and / or other criteria of distinction
- Financial and valuation modeling skills
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Effective time management
- Analytical and attentive to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and in teams
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial drive and spirit
- A strong sense of ownership for assigned projects and tasks
- Enthusiastic, positive and hardworking attitude
