First Coast Sales Group is looking for recent graduates and early-career professionals ready to gain practical experience in sales and business development.

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll receive paid training and one-on-one mentorship while learning how to communicate with customers, identify their needs, and present suitable products and services. No previous sales experience is required—we’re looking for motivated candidates who are ready to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective customers face to face
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain approved products, pricing, features, and terms accurately
• Complete customer applications and sales documentation
• Track customer interactions and progress toward performance goals
• Participate in coaching and professional-development sessions
• Follow company, client, and consumer-protection requirements

• Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
• Full-time availability in the Jacksonville area
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma, equivalent, or comparable experience

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Paid weekly
• Additional performance-based compensation available under the company’s written compensation plan
• Health-insurance and paid-time-off eligibility, subject to applicable terms
• Additional benefits post training

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, student organizations, athletics, or campus leadership is helpful but not required!
