Registered Behavior Technician

Compassionate Care ABA is seeking an RBT or experienced behavior-support professional to provide 1:1, community-based support to a 22-year-old woman in Clarksburg, Maryland.

Schedule
• Monday: 1:00–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 12 hours per week

About the role
This is community-based adult work, not a clinic position and not insurance-driven ABA. The work focuses on meaningful, individualized support in everyday life, including independence, participation, and quality of life.

This part-time opportunity may be a strong fit for an RBT seeking meaningful hours, experience supporting an adult, and work-life balance.
