responsibilities

1.负责移动终端、手机、智能穿戴设备、智能家居等产品硬件天线模块的开发

2.负责跟踪和解决天线及认证相关的技术问题

3.负责项目的生产、认证测试中天线问题的分析和解决

4.参与天线方案可行性评估、OTA测试及转产问题解决

5.负责OTA暗室的日常维护

1. Responsible for the development of hardware antenna modules for mobile terminals, mobile phones, smart wearable devices, smart home products, etc.

2. Responsible for tracking and resolving technical issues related to antennas and certification.

3. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of antenna problems during project production and certification testing.

4. Participate in antenna solution feasibility assessment, OTA testing, and production transition problem resolution.

5. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the OTA anechoic chamber.

requirements

1.本科及以上学历,电子信息、通信、物理、自动化、计算机、无线通讯、电磁场与微波等相关专业

2.掌握天线通信、电磁场等基础电路知识,了解天线测试指标及常用仪器使用

3.思维敏捷,思路清晰,具备一定的逻辑归纳、分析、推理能力

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information, Communication, Physics, Automation, Computer Science, Wireless Communication, Electromagnetic Fields and Microwaves, or related fields.

2. Proficient in basic circuit knowledge of antenna communication and electromagnetic fields; familiar with antenna testing specifications and the use of common instruments.

3. Quick-thinking, clear reasoning, and possessing strong logical induction, analysis, and reasoning abilities.

Bonus Points:

1.有天线设计、仿真或相关项目/竞赛/实习经验

2.熟悉天线仿真工具(如CST、HFSS等)

了解OTA、SAR测试设备及认证规范

有手机/智能穿戴/智能家居等产品射频或天线开发经验者优先

1. Experience in antenna design, simulation, or related projects/competitions/internships.

2. Familiarity with antenna simulation tools (such as CST, HFSS, etc.).

Understanding of OTA and SAR testing equipment and certification standards.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in RF or antenna development for mobile phones/smart wearables/smart home products.
