Join the hardware R&D team at Longcheer Technology, participating in the overall structure and component design of smart terminal products such as smartphones, AI PCs, tablets, and smart wearables. Use precise engineering thinking to create smart devices that combine aesthetics and reliability for leading global brands.

responsibilities

1. Participate in the producibility design review of ID product appearance, BOM preparation and maintenance;
2. Responsible for the overall product structure or product stack design to ensure complete machine performance;
3. Responsible for the parts design of the product structure, reviewing the rationality of the structural design, maintaining the structural process list, and the design, development, and follow-up of the screen module;
4. Responsible for production line operation instructions and on-site assembly guidance, follow up on the production line and problem analysis, provide analysis reports, and follow up on material delivery;
5. Track the development of original molds/replica molds to ensure mold quality;
6. Conduct product failure analysis and solve problems that arise during processing, assembly and testing of communication products.

1、参与ID产品外观的可生产性设计评审，BOM表编制和维护；
2、负责产品整机结构或产品堆叠设计，确保整机性能；
3、负责产品结构的零件设计，评审结构设计的合理性，维护结构工艺清单，屏模组的设计、开发、跟进；
4、负责产线作业指导书和现场组装指导，跟进产线并且问题分析，提供分析报告，物料交付跟进；
5、跟踪原模/复制模开发，保证模具质量；
6、进行产品的失效问题分析，解决通讯类产品在加工过程、组装中和测试中出现的问题。

requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or Industrial Design;

3. Fluent in spoken English;

4. Diligent, responsible, strong learning ability, and possesses certain logical analysis skills;
5. Strong communication skills and clear logic.

1、学历：本科及以上学历；
2、机械、材料、自动化、电气工程、包装工程或工业设计相关专业；
3、英语口语流利；
4、做事认真、踏实，学习能力强，具有一定的逻辑分析能力；
5、沟通能力强,逻辑清晰。

有结构设计相关的项目经历、竞赛经历或实习经验

Have experience in structural design projects, competitions, or internships.
