Mount Washington Children’s Center is seeking a caring, creative, and dependable Lead Pre-K Teacher to lead a nurturing and engaging classroom where every child’s growth matters.

🍎 Responsibilities

✏️ Plan and lead hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning activities
🌈 Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
🌱 Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
🤝 Build positive relationships with children and their families
🔍 Observe children’s progress and adapt activities to their individual needs
🧩 Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership

📚 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s or associate degree required
🍎 Education or experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related field required
💬 Strong communication, organization, and classroom-management skills
💛 A genuine passion for helping young children learn and thrive
