AI & Automation Intern

Oaklin Lane

Location: Remote, United States
Employment Type: Paid internship
Schedule: Part time during the academic year or full time during the summer

About Oaklin Lane

Oaklin Lane is building a national leader in pediatric therapy, with a mission to expand access to high quality care for children and families.

Too many children who need speech, occupational, physical, or behavioral therapy face long waitlists and limited access to providers who accept insurance. Oaklin Lane is working to change that by building exceptional therapy centers that combine outstanding clinical care with thoughtful operations, modern technology, and a family centered experience.

We are an early stage, rapidly growing company. Interns will have the opportunity to work on real business problems and help build systems that can scale across a national organization.

About the Role

Oaklin Lane is seeking an Artificial Intelligence & Automation Intern to help identify, design, and implement practical uses of AI across the company.

This is not a theoretical AI research position. The intern will work on real opportunities to make Oaklin Lane faster, smarter, and easier to scale. Projects may involve automating administrative work, improving internal reporting, organizing information, supporting recruiting, strengthening family communications, or helping leadership make better decisions.

The intern will work closely with Oaklin Lane’s CEO, Chris Callander, and other members of the leadership team. The role offers a rare opportunity to apply emerging technology inside a rapidly growing healthcare company and see projects move from an initial idea to real implementation.

We welcome both technical candidates who can build solutions and business oriented candidates who are skilled at identifying problems, testing tools, and improving workflows.
