About the Opportunity
Soul Studio Beauty & Wellness is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Intern who wants hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, branding, and community engagement.
You’ll work directly with the Owner and alongside our Digital Marketing Intern while gaining real experience and building portfolio-ready work.
Who We’re Looking For
A student who is creative, dependable, organized, coachable, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table. An interest in beauty, wellness, social media, or entrepreneurship is a plus!
Qualifications
- Currently studying marketing, communications, business, digital media, PR, graphic design, or a related field
- Familiar with social media and content creation
- Comfortable using Canva
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Creative and willing to learn
- Available for occasional in-studio days and events
What You’ll Do & Learn
- Help create social media content
- Assist with photos, videos, graphics, and content ideas
- Research trends and creative marketing ideas
- Participate in community outreach and local collaborations
- Assist with studio events and content days
- Learn how marketing strategies are used to grow a real business

Position Details
Position: Marketing & Community Outreach Intern
Hours: Approximately 5–8 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible with occasional in-studio days and events
Compensation: Unpaid educational internship; college credit may be available depending on school requirements
Studio Benefit: Up to $200 in complimentary Soul Studio services each month
Location: Soul Studio Beauty & Wellness, Columbus, Ohio
Supervision: Works directly with the Owner and alongside the Digital Marketing Intern
