We give you:

- Payment processing & payout (80% of every session to you)
- Community of other passionate tutors
But we DON'T give you:
- A boss assigning you students
- Guaranteed income
- A Marketing department that finds clients for you
What We DO Expect:
You'll market yourself, reach out to your old teachers and parents, post on social media, put up flyers—whatever it takes to get your first few students. Once you've got momentum, word of mouth takes over.
Why the 80/20 Split?
Because at Tutor in the Loop, you're not just a tutor—you're an entrepreneur. You're building your own practice. You set your rate, you set your schedule. The 80% is OUR way of saying: "You did the hard work building relationships, advertising, and making connections. You earned this!"
