About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy Intern to help Oaklin Lane build the clinical teams required for continued growth. You will focus on therapist labor markets, sourcing strategies, recruiting analytics, employer branding, and workforce planning.
This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of people, analytics, and company building.
Responsibilities
Research labor markets for speech, occupational, and physical therapists
Build targeted candidate pipelines and identify new recruiting channels
Analyze recruiting funnel performance, time to hire, and source effectiveness
Support clinician outreach, university partnerships, and referral programs
Develop recruiting content and employer-branding initiatives
Assist with workforce planning for new and existing locations
Research opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, development, and retention
Example Projects
Build a market-by-market view of therapist supply and competition
Develop relationships with university programs and clinical training sites
Design a recruiting dashboard showing pipeline health and conversion
Create an outreach campaign for pediatric SLPs, OTs, or PTs
Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvements to onboarding or retention
Qualifications
Current undergraduate or graduate student in human resources, organizational psychology, business, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field
Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, workforce analytics, or organizational development
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
Comfort with outreach and managing a structured pipeline
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-through
Based in and authorized to work in the United States
Experience with recruiting, campus organizations, HR systems, sales, or healthcare is helpful but not required.
