Physical Therapist
PRN, Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist for out-patient clinic located in Granite City, IL We are a multi discipline, musculoskeletal, positive atmosphere and community based practice.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program – New grads welcome!
- Current Illinois state licensure.
- Maintains current CPR Certification with recertification is at least 30 days prior to expiration.
- Communicates, consults and works cooperatively with other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Record and document patient care services in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
