Overview
Village Values is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to create professional visuals that support our licensed in-home childcare, family resources, and nonprofit initiatives. You’ll design graphics for social media, flyers, parent resources, and community campaigns. This role is fully remote and ideal for students seeking portfolio-ready design experience in a mission-driven environment.

As a Graphic Design & Content Intern, you’ll bring our ideas to life through visuals, graphics, and creative content that connects with our audiences.
Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
Design graphics for social media, flyers, family resources and presentations
Create branded content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Assist with layout/design for campaigns and outreach materials
Help keep our visual identity consistent across all brands
Brainstorm creative concepts with interns + leadership
Support content needs for social channels and websites
Qualifications (what we need):
Enrolled in Graphic Design, Art, or a related program.
Minimum 2.5 GPA.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
Must have reliable access to a laptop or computer. Equipment is not provided by Village Values.
Most design tools are available free or discounted through schools — students are responsible for securing their own access.

Comfortable using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Able to take direction but also bring fresh ideas
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work both independently and with a team
Bonus: Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
