What You'll Do
As part of our civil engineering team, you'll assist with the planning, design, permitting, and construction support for a variety of exciting projects, including:
- Commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
- Multi-family and single-family residential communities
- Municipal infrastructure and public improvement projects
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water systems, roadways, parking lots, grading, and other site infrastructure.
- Preparation of site grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Stormwater management and water quality BMP design.
- Preparation of Stormwater Management Reports and other technical documentation.
- Coordination with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and technicians throughout all phases of project development.
- Assisting with permitting, agency coordination, and construction administration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- 0–4 years of civil engineering experience.
- Eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A desire to learn, collaborate, and grow within a team-oriented environment.
