EAP Psychotherapist
Family Service Madison, Inc. seeks a full-time Licensed Psychotherapist to join our Employee Assistance Program. Responsibilities include providing confidential, short-term, solution-focused counseling services to employees and their family members for a wide range of personal and work-related concerns. Services include assessment, brief intervention, crisis support, consultation, and referral to community resources or longer-term treatment when clinically appropriate. The EAP Psychotherapist will provide services to a diverse population of adults and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based, goal-oriented interventions designed to help clients address immediate concerns and improve overall well-being. A foundation in trauma-informed care and experience providing counseling services to first responders and other public safety professionals is preferred.
Qualifications: Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist is required
This position requires full, independent licensure; applicants holding training licenses or working toward independent licensure are not eligible for this position.
Experience providing brief, solution-focused therapy, crisis assessment, and referral services is preferred.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) experience preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Eligible candidates must pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check and criminal history screening.
Hours: 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Balance of in-person and telehealth services with a flexible schedule and some evening hours.
Wage: Based on experience. Benefit package available. Sick time, vacation time, and paid holidays.
