Freelance Fusion 360 Animator — Cycling Tech Startup (Paid+Equity Opportunity)

We’re a startup bringing a genuinely new cycling product to market. The design is patent-pending. Mechanically it’s simple, but it relies on unusual materials and an intricate range of motion that most people won’t understand just by looking at it. We need someone who can make that complexity clear, compelling, and exciting on screen.

We’re looking for a highly skilled freelance animator/designer who works natively in Autodesk Fusion 360 to bring the technology to life.

### What you’ll create

- Multi-angle views of the full device in operation

- Detailed sequences of external moving parts and range of motion

- Cutaway / internal views that clearly show how the mechanism works

Expect iterations as the design is refined. This isn’t a one-and-done set of turntables—it’s the visual backbone that helps people *get* the product.

### Compensation & relationship

This is a startup with a modest cash budget. We’re offering a stipend or per-deliverable rate plus an equity stake (exact % and vesting to be discussed).

We’re looking for a long-term, equity-based relationship with a quality, like-minded person—not a one-off contractor. There’s real upside if this product lands the way we believe it can, and potential for ongoing product-development work after launch.

### What we’re looking for

- Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 Animation workspace (joints, motion studies, exploded views, section views)

- Portfolio or reel that shows mechanical / mechanism animations (preferred over pure marketing turntables)

- Comfort working from live CAD files and iterating alongside an evolving design

- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively on a lean remote team

- Genuine interest in cycling, outdoor products, or product development is a plus

### Process

Because the design is patent-pending, a signed NDA is required before any files are shared.

### To apply

Send a short note on your interest in an equity-based, long-term collaboration (vs. a pure paid gig), links to 2–3 portfolio pieces that best show mechanical or product-mechanism animation work, and any questions you have about the role or equity structure.
