Part-Time Assistant Teacher of 3 year olds

Purple Circle Early Childhood Program is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Teacher of children ages 3's/4's for the hours of 8:30am - 2pm beginning August or September 2026. The assistant teacher shall cooperate with the Director, Assistant Director, Education Coordinator, lead teacher and other school personnel in organizing, planning and implementing the educational philosophy and vision of Purple Circle. The assistant teacher, utilizing input from the lead teacher, and his or her own knowledge of child development and early childhood education and observation, shall plan and develop a meaningful curriculum for 3 year old children that reflects their questions and interests. This curriculum will incorporate the center’s philosophy and goals.

Qualifications

AAS degree or higher, classroom experience, preferred.  

Salary is commensurate with degree and experience; negotiable
