Entry-Level Sales & Capital Markets
Acorn Management Partners
Entry-Level Sales & Capital Markets
Build Your Future in Capital Markets
Want a real opportunity to learn how Wall Street works—without needing prior financial-services experience? Acorn Management Partners is hiring motivated, entry-level team members in Alpharetta (Atlanta Metro), Georgia.
This is not a passive office job. It is a high-energy, phone-driven opportunity for people who are willing to show up, work hard, learn fast, and earn their next step. You do not get many true entry-level opportunities in capital markets, and you do not get many real second chances. This can be one of them.
About Acorn
Acorn Management Partners is a faith-based, integrity-driven broker distribution platform focused on long-term, education-oriented approaches to the capital markets. We serve public-company clients across the United States from offices in Alpharetta, Sarasota, and New York, primarily companies with market capitalizations below $10 billion.
Our work brings together broker education, broker distribution, and shareholder development. We help public companies expand their shareholder base, strengthen broker awareness, and improve trading volume through a disciplined, transparent, long-term process.
What You Will Do
This is a full-time, on-site role. You will work in small teams and participate in every stage of Acorn’s outreach and distribution process.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to brokers and financial advisors throughout the day.
- Conduct structured follow-up with new and existing contacts.
- Help communicate Acorn’s value proposition and the investment stories of our public-company clients.
- Schedule and support broker calls, presentations, and relationship-development efforts.
- Learn the fundamentals of capital-markets distribution, shareholder development, and investor engagement.
- Work closely with senior sales professionals in a disciplined, accountable environment.
- Maintain accurate activity and contact records as you learn Acorn’s systems and process.
Most of your day will be spent on the phone. You must be able to stay focused, keep a positive attitude, push through rejection, and maintain a high level of effort. Effort is not optional here. No excuses.
What Matters Most
We are far less concerned with your resume, prior industry experience, software background, or where you have been than we are with where you want to go.
We want people who bring:
- A strong work ethic and the discipline to be on time every day.
- A willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls and improve through repetition.
- A no-excuses mindset and the ability to stay productive when the work is challenging.
- A genuine interest in learning sales, capital markets, and how Wall Street operates.
- Comfort working in small teams with accountability, support, and shared goals.
- Humility, professionalism, and a teachable attitude.
- Willingness to do some learning outside office hours, particularly at the beginning, to understand the industry and our process.
You do not need prior investor-relations, capital-markets, or financial-services experience. You do not need to be an expert in Salesforce or CRM systems. We can teach the industry, the process, and the tools. You must bring the effort.
