Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

Location: West Caldwell, NJ
Position: Full-time, in-office (5 days/week)
Experience: 2–4 years

About EarliPoint Health

EarliPoint Health is a growing medical technology company working to transform how autism is assessed and how developmental progress is measured over time.

Our FDA-cleared technology uses eye tracking to provide objective measures of a child's social development, verbal ability, and nonverbal learning. The technology grew out of decades of research at Yale and Emory/Marcus Autism Center, supported by more than $50 million in NIH funding.

Today, we are bringing that science into clinical practice, working with autism providers, health systems, researchers, and payers to help make objective developmental measurement a routine part of autism care.

We are an approximately 25-person company with the energy and pace of a startup, strong financial backing, and investors who care deeply about our mission and impact.

The Opportunity

EarliPoint is looking for a Marketing Manager to help execute our go-to-market strategy during an important stage of commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas and strategy into action. You will work closely with EarliPoint's leadership, sales team, clinical experts, and external marketing agency to execute campaigns, create and manage content, support sales efforts, strengthen our digital presence, and help tell the EarliPoint story.

We aren't looking for someone to simply manage an agency or coordinate projects. We want someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

What You'll Do

Help execute EarliPoint's overall marketing and go-to-market strategy

Work closely with our external marketing agency to manage priorities, deliverables, timelines, and results

Develop and manage content across our website, email, social media, sales materials, webinars, and other channels

Support lead-generation and account-based marketing campaigns in partnership with the sales team

Help translate clinical research, product capabilities, and customer stories into clear, compelling marketing content

Manage EarliPoint's digital presence, including SEO and emerging AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven search

Track marketing performance and use data to continually improve campaigns and content

Support conferences, webinars, customer communications, product launches, and other commercial initiatives

Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and project plans to keep multiple initiatives moving

Look for new and creative ways to build awareness of EarliPoint among autism providers, researchers, payers, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with a technology, healthcare, medtech, SaaS, or other growth-stage company

Strong writing and communication skills

Experience with digital marketing, content development, email campaigns, social media, and/or lead generation

Familiarity with SEO and an interest in how AI is changing search, content discovery, and digital marketing

Comfort using modern marketing technology and AI tools to work efficiently

Strong project-management skills and attention to detail

Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution

A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't need a large team or extensive infrastructure to make progress

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve as the company grows

Collaborative, low-ego approach and an interest in working closely with colleagues across the company

Especially Valuable

A personal or professional connection to autism, neurodevelopmental care, behavioral health, or special education would be a significant advantage. So would experience marketing to healthcare providers or other clinical audiences.

More than anything, we are looking for someone who connects with our mission and wants their work to have a meaningful impact on children and families.

Why EarliPoint?

This is an opportunity to join EarliPoint at an unusual point in our growth: the science and technology have been developed and validated, and we are now building the commercial organization that can bring them to many more children and families.

You'll have the chance to work directly with company leadership, have meaningful ownership from day one, and help shape how an innovative new category of autism care is brought to market.

If you are energized by meaningful work, emerging technology, and the opportunity to build rather than simply inherit a marketing playbook, we'd love to hear from you.
