Campaign Fellowship
Job description
Our campaign is hiring students to join our fellowship program this fall. This fellowship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in hands-on experience in campaign operations, grassroots organizing, and political strategy. Fellows will gain insights into the dynamics of a political campaign and help make an impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Event Support:
○ Assist in planning and staffing campaign events, including volunteer meet-ups,
rallies, and community events.
● Volunteer Coordination:
○ Help organize, train, and support volunteers to maximize their effectiveness in
reaching voters.
● Voter Data Management:
○ Update and maintain voter contact databases, track campaign metrics, and assist
with data analysis to guide outreach strategies.
● Outreach:
○ Represent the campaign in the community by building relationships with voters,
community leaders, and local organizations.
○ Canvassing, including door knocking and phone banking
Qualifications:
● A passion for civic engagement, public service, and political campaigns.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
● Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
● Willingness to participate in fieldwork and adapt to a flexible schedule.
