Accounting Assistant

  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive full‑cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment reconciliation. Adept at accurately entering and verifying hours for payroll.
  • Ability to work with manufacturing a plus, but will train the approriate candidate.
  • Industry & Software Experience including ERP systems, Microsoft suite and detail oriented canddiate with strong organizational skills is a requirement.
