Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services through an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Kentwood, MI. This position is employed by an independent AT&T Authorized Retailer and is not a corporate AT&T position.

This is a W-2 employee role offering a guaranteed hourly wage plus commission opportunities. No recruiting, team building, or business ownership responsibilities are involved.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting AT&T products and services

Explain available plans, devices, and promotions

Process activations, upgrades, and account changes

Deliver excellent customer service

Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations

Maintain accurate sales and customer records

Stay current on product offerings and promotions

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required
