Key2Nest Home Loans LLC is seeking a motivated Business Operations & Analytics Intern who is interested in gaining real-world experience in business management, analytics, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.

This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to how a growing company operates, measures performance, develops marketing strategies, improves processes, and makes business decisions using data.

Responsibilities

Assist with business operations and management projects

Analyze company performance, trends, leads, and key business metrics

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

Support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives

Analyze marketing performance and customer engagement

Assist with CRM and lead-management activities

Conduct competitor and market research

Help improve internal business processes and workflows

Support recruiting and onboarding initiatives

Assist with business growth and strategic planning projects

Explore the use of AI and automation in business operations and marketing

Participate in special projects with company leadership

Preferred Majors

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, Canva, CRM systems, or AI tools is a plus but not required
