Job Title: Social Media Intern (Unpaid)

Department: Digital Marketing

Location: Remote 

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week (Exceptions for Finals and Midterms) 

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available


 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Social Media Intern, you will drive our day-to-day digital engagement and creative content production. New hires will receive comprehensive training, and all experience levels are welcome to apply.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visual and written content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Monitor comment sections and respond to community messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in capturing or sourcing photos, graphic templates, and short-form videos.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas for upcoming promotional and political campaigns.
  • Tag, track, and organize digital assets for team accessibility.


 

Qualifications

  • All experience levels welcome; introductory training is provided.
  • Active presence on major social media platforms.
  • Basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing apps.
  • Solid copywriting and proofreading capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
