Social Media Assistant

Biada Ravioli Kitchen is looking for a creative, dependable Social Media & Content Assistant to help grow our restaurant’s online presence. This is a flexible, part-time position averaging approximately five hours per week and working directly under Biada’s CEO.

Responsibilities include:

• Film engaging content inside the restaurant
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Create approximately 2–3 quality posts or videos each week
• Write captions and schedule approved content
• Capture food, employee, customer, and behind-the-scenes content
• Help promote new menu items, events, and special offers
• Track basic performance metrics and identify which content performs best
• Participate in a short weekly planning meeting with the CEO

The ideal candidate:

• Understands Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Has experience filming and editing short-form videos
• Can use editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe software
• Is creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Can visit our Logan restaurant regularly to capture content
• Is comfortable appearing in content occasionally or directing others on camera
• Has strong writing and communication skills

This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, content creation, entrepreneurship, or the restaurant industry. Scheduling is flexible, but some work must be completed onsite. Applicants should include examples of previous videos, social media accounts, photography, or other creative work.
