Farm Store Team Member
The Farm Store Team Member helps create a welcoming, engaging experience for everyone who visits Nourse Farm. Hours available during the week and/or on the weekends. Responsibilities include:
- Operating the farm store register and assisting customers
- Helping manage CSA distribution and member interactions
- Restocking, inventory, and merchandising
- Supporting farm events and special activities
- Helping maintain and support the Education Garden
- Assisting with school groups and educational programs
- Creating a positive, friendly customer experience
- Answering customer questions and sharing information about the farm and its products
- Keeping the farm store clean, organized, and inviting
- Supporting other farm store needs as they arise
Ideal candidate: Friendly, dependable, comfortable working with the public, and interested in farms, food, education, and creating a great customer experience.
