Position Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin speaking team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety
- Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates, ensuring productivity goals are met
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Collaborate with management to improve workflows and space utilization
- Communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking staff, vendors, and supervisors
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Support warehouse management with reports, scheduling, and operational planning
Requirements:
- Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, productive work environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
