Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CSR to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service while supporting both personal and commercial lines of business by helping clients find the right coverage solutions, guiding them through onboarding, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and renewals. We will provide industry-specific training for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide superior customer service to prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients with policy selection, onboarding, and account setup
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and renewals
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other channels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experience
• Support the sales team by assisting with various administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• One year of customer service experience. Insurance industry or sales experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred (insurance sales a plus, but not required)
• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred; or willingness to obtain if not currently licensed
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
